Один ніж - 4 листівки... One Cover Up Die - Four Cards

Привіт, мої Гарнюні!
Як ваш понеділок почався? Сподіваюся, що гарно й сонячно. У мене, на жаль, дітки знову дуже хворі, цього разу вірус узявся за них дуже серйозно. Так уже хочеться, щоби вони були здорові й дуріли собі, як звичайно. Набридла мені ця незвична тиша в хаті. ))
Поки мої малятка сплять, хочу вам показати один свій задум. Коли я отримала цього ножа, то в мене майже одразу виникло кілька ідей листівок із ним. І от, коли видалася хвилинка, я вирішила зробити відео чотирьох листівок. Звичайно, ідей із цим ножем у мене набагато більше, але якби я зробила всі ідеї нараз, відео би вийшло надзвичайно довгим, а я хотіла, щоби воно було не довшим ніж 10 хвилин. Навіть роблячи чотири листівки, складно не отримати наприкінці відео на півгодини, тому я трошки пообрізала процес, залишила найважливіші моменти та деякі, які мені просто подобаються, щоби вкластися в часові рамки, які я для себе запланувала. Мені сподобалося, сподіваюся, вам також.
Якщо у вас виникли якісь питання, обов'язково мені напишіть, я радо на них відповім.

Hello, my Friends!
How is your day going? I hope all is well. I wish it was good here too, but for some reason my family can't get rid of this bug and I have to cancel all the activities for this week as well, as they are pretty sick still.
And while they rest I took a little break to share with you some cards I made. I had this idea for a while, but with the sick kids in the house it wasn't easy to make a video tutorial as I planned. I am not used to doing voiceover yet, so please be gentle with me. :) Also, I now have a different way of set up for taking videos, and I hope that you will like this better than the previous. I have more space now, but there's also more risk of sticking my head into the frame. Luckily I only did it once for this video tutorial. :))
What I did here, I used one cover up die to make four different cards. I had more ideas, but it wouldn't be possible to fit into a 10 minute video, and I didn't want to make it any longer. I hope you enjoy what you see and let me know if you have any questions. I'll be more than happy to answer them. :)

Як у вас справи? У мене цілий тиждень був дуже важкий, бо вся сім'я підхопила грип, окрім мене. І лише сьогодні на майстер-класі я усвідомила, наскільки була виснаженою, коли не могла зібратися й почати працювати над листівкою. На щастя, майстер-клас був із моїми улюбленими фарбами Brusho, а вони завжди мають на мене терапевтичну дію. Я трошки порушила принципи майстер-класу, принесла зі собою штампики TM Lesia Zgharda й експериментувала з ними. Результат своїх експериментів і хочу вам сьогодні показати.

Hope you are all doing well. I had a crazy week with the whole family having a flu except for me. Thankfully I went to Heather Telford's class today and had a lot of fun playing with brushos and some TM Lesia Zgharda stamps. I broke a rule a little and brought my own stamps to use. The result of my experiments I want to share with you today.

Подячна акварельна... With Gratitude

Привіт, мої Милі!

Сьогодні я до вас із простою акварельною листівкою. Зробила її за допомогою штампів та ножів Lil' Inker Designs. Я зробила маску за допомогою ножів прямокутника та овалу (Dual Stitched Rectangles і Stitched Ovals) і відштампувала квіти всередині овалу. Квіточки розмалювала акварельками H2O. Напис зробила за допомогою пудри для гарячого тиснення від Lindy's Stamp Gang. Додала кілька прозорих крапельок і моя проста листівка готова.

Today I'm sharing a simple card I made using Lil' Inker Designs Inky Flowers Stamp Set and Silly Stitched Die Set. I made a mask using Dual Stitched Rectangles and Stitched Ovals dies and stamped the flowers in the oval frame. I coloured these flowers with H2Os watercolour paints and stamped the sentiment with Lindy's Stamp Gang embossing powder.

Листівка зі співчуттям ... Sympathy card

Привітики, мої Хороші!

Вам доводиться робити листівки для висловлення співчуття? Мені завжди якось так складно їх робити, а ця, яку хочу вам нині показати, склалася сама по собі. І тій, для кого вона робилася, дуже сподобалася, а це найголовніше. У роботі я використала набори штампів Altenew. Я відштампувала зображення білим чорнилом на чорному папері й розмалювала їх кольоровими олівцями Polychromos. Далі я зробила дві смужки пудрою для ембосингу по краях основи листівки і додала напис за допомогою тієї ж пудри. Кілька дотсів - і листівка готова.

I am sharing a sympathy card today I made for a wonderful lady who lost her mother. I am very glad she liked the card and what I've put into it while making the card for her. I stamped the flower and leaves with white ink and coloured it with Polychromos pencils. Next I added two heat embossed border to my card base and heat embossed a sentiment on the black panel with the same platinum embossing powder. I used Altenew stamp sets: Beautiful Day, Painted Greetings.

У вас часом буває натхнення робити фони власноруч? У мене останнім часом якийсь був на них. Хочеться штампувати фони і їх самостійно розмальовувати. Єдина проблема потім, це те, що з ними робити, особливо, якщо вони виходять такі гарні, що не хочеться їх нічим затуляти, а лише милуватися. І різати його теж не хочеться. Якщо порізати, то щось піде в смітник, а не хочеться. От я з одним таким фоном знайшла вихід і хочу ним із вами поділитися.

Do you like making your own backgrounds? Picking a pretty image and stamp a whole background with it and beautifully colour the whole panel... I love it! Sometimes I struggle what to do with such background afterwards especially if it turns out beautifully and I like it so much I would hate to cut it because some pieces would end up in the trash, and I do not want to cover it either. I want to share with you what I did with one of my diy backgrounds.

Я взяла свою красиву розмальовану панельку й розрізала за допомогою бордюрного ножа Lil' Inker Designs на дві частини. Для меншої частини я вирішила доштампувати фон тими ж квітами, додавши спершу напис. Саме напис і підказав мені ідею для цієї листівки. "Іноді ми не знаємо, наскільки цінною є мить, поки вона не стає спогадом". Мені захотілося передати цю фразу отаким чином. Яскрава частина - це мить, а решта фону - спогади, які завжди трохи затуманені, навіть якщо це яскраві спогади.

I used a border die from Border Builders Die Set and cut the panel into two pieces. I knew what I'm going to do with a larger piece, but I was looking for ideas on how to use the smaller one. I started looking for a sentiment and this one - sometimes you don't know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory - struck me so much, I decided to play around it. I stamped the base of my card with the outline image, the same I used to stamp the background for colouring. I only added some sequins to show that the bright piece is a moment - beautiful and full of colour - while the rest of my card symbolizes memories that always fade a little, even the bright ones.

Ця частина фону надзвичайно яскрава й дуже капризна у фотографуванні через срібне гаряче тиснення. Щоби не затуляти фон нічим, я просто додала кілька маленьких крапельок, адже розмальовувала фон акварельними олівцями. Для створення обох листівок я використала штампи Altenew.

And here's my card showing off that pretty background. I heat embossed the outlines of the peony flowers with silver powder, so it was a little tricky to take a picture of it. I only added few tiny drops by Pretty Pink Posh. I used Altenew stamp sets: Peony Bouquet, Painted Inspiration, Painted Greetings.
